(no subject)
Ick, nasty headache, and an even nastier feeling it might be due to my glasses. I haven't had a check-up for years and don't even remember when I last got new glasses so it's not unlikely, but it is very untimely since I just bought a new computer. Still, should probably get it checked out before I go into winter hibernation, or I'm looking at 6 months of headaches. Which probably means I'll end up spending almost as much on painkillers. But ugh, I just had someone all up in my face (and had to pay them for it), and now I gotta do it again? Don't wanna.
On a happier note it looks like The Hunger Games and The Cabin in the Woods are out on DVD which means I fiiiiiiinally get to see them. Only 6 months after everyone else! Probably watch em this weekend, since I need all the distractions I can get from That Show That Must Not Be Named And Is Still Banished To The Freezer. And that definitely doesn't air today and show up online tomorrow and keeps worming it's way back into my brainspace and that probably has ruined shipping for me permanently... >_>
New favorite sites:
1. Pocket - looks basically like the solution to all my overstuffed bookmark folders that are cluttered with "ooh this looks interesting/good/useful/something, I'll save it for later!" type sites.
2. OpenRaid, which I'm looking forward to trying ASAP because I randomly decided just now that I need to collect all the Ulduar guns (and hey, might as well try for the head-chopper too, while I'm in the neighborhood). I had kind of missed/failed to realize that hunters will be carrying their ranged weapons on their backs in 5.0 so now I need to find some options other than my trusty portable cannon (which I'll probably use for my PVP outfit) that'll look good enough to be on permanent display.
