Okay, who the hell is doing Henry the Couch on Twitter? That is some funny shit! * Is doubled over* I'm terrible at keeping up, I know, I really didn't plan to keep this thing going! I just made it because A) it made me giggle dorkily for 10 minutes, and I like giggling, and B) Law of the Internet states anything mentioned in theory must pop into existance immediately or else the whole internet stops working.
Having insane amounts of fun trying to keep up though, and the @ to Tassie basically killed me dead. Oh gawd, what if the whole cast gets wind of this? Like that (extremely awesome) gif someone made last year? I don't know if I would be proud or horrified... Oh who am I kidding, I'm still super-pleased about that time Dan Harmon told me to shut up.
(Explanation: After the season premiere of RB the gang at
omg_rookieblue immediately turned a random oar that was lugged around in the episode into a character, and someone mentioned he should have a Twitter and well, see above, re: Law of Internet. Just wrote one tweet, wasn't gonna do more, but then it got like, 20-something followers in a couple of days which is nearly as much as my long-standing personal Twitter, so... lets not think too hard about THAT depressing fact. And now someone who is a lot funnier than me has made a Twitter for Andy's new couch as well, because the internet is a wonderful magical place like that and this fandom is awesomely crazy. Coincidentally that account has almost double the amount of followers I do. Just saying, my low self-esteem is having a field day with this.)
Aaaaanyway. I actually came in here to gush about that other show with undercover cops who have long subtexty talks about their "thing" and make a variety of awesome faces at each other. Almost done with rewatching s2 of NCIS:LA and there were some pretty amazing episodes/scenes that I verrrrry much enjoyed seeing again, but none more so than The One Where Deeks goes back to an old undercover alias and gets all badboy broody and makes out with a girl infront of Kensi and looks wounded a whole bunch and ... *fans self, and not just because it's a billion degrees here*. Guh. That + the heat + laughing at Henry the Oar = dead on the floor. Man I wish so bad that this ship wasn't on an NCIS show.
