Honestly, this post isn't as long as the tags make it seem.

Right, so, I managed to hold off on posting one whooole day yesterday, go me! But today I really need the LJ, because it's been one of THOSE days. You know, everything that can go wrong, does? One of those, yeah. Washing machine spewed colored water all over itself and that's appearantly a thing it does now (well, minus the color - that was me washing stuff at too high degrees), so that needs to be fixed. Then a bunch of other annoying little things, and to round things off I now have a headache. That I can't cure, because I've gone cold turkey on pain killers (suddenly remembered they weren't for every-day usage).

Nothing much else going on either: taking a break from WoW since there's not much to do until the next patch comes, and as usual my real life consists mostly of me trying to stay awake as long as possible in the afternoon so that my naps can't drag on too long. So I've mostly been Glitching it up, because I'm winning that game basically, and it remains oh-so-cute and deligthful. (Will I ever get tired of petting wood trees that respond with bad puns about having stroked their "firm length"? Nope, I don't think so.)

TV yesterday was pretty dullsville, except yay NCIS:LA/H5-0 crossovers (why aren't there more crossovers? I LOVE THEM.) and then I watched Merlin which had a baby dragon so that's 4 for those of us playing Baby Dragon Bingo this year. C'moooon number 5! Today's TV was a bit more interesting:

Psych: Haha, so many vampire show references, I couldn't even count them all. Gus doing Bill from TB is the winner anyway, because that was awesome. I could complain about stuff too, but honestly, the references and guest stars (Original Buffy! Tom Lenk!) dazzled me enough to let it slide, this week. Also yay for Lassie getting some love, that poor dude deserves it. And I pretty much fell out of my chair when he agreed with Shawn on VAMPIRES. Last episode was pretty awesome too, I don't think I talked about it but it was basically one of the best episodes yet. Although after this week, I kinda wish McNabb would have been included... That guy, imagine him and Chris from Rookie Blue in a room together! They're like twins!

The Fades: Okay, what in the actual fuck was that? What happened?! IT CAN'T END LIKE THAT. Okay, might be a season 2, but you never know that with the Brit shows! And like, whaaaat? Did he stop the apocalypse or start it? Cause it kinda looked like he started it. Does that mean Neil had the right idea? Because I will quit this show yesterday if the guy shooting a teenage girl in the head was actually RIGHT. And just, basically, I can't with this show! I can't decide if I like it or not! Like, Mac and his pop culture-laden nervous blathering? Kinda great. Anna? Also great. Ghost-zombies? Awesome. Pretty much everything else? Myeeeeh. Not so much. So yeah, I dunno.

Revenge: Good grief, never have I wanted to see a character DIE IN A FIRE as much as I do with Tyler. And it's not like I love Emily that much, and that I hate him for interferring, because lets face it, he does have a point about her being bad news for Daniel! But he's just so ... gross. Like, the second he's on screen I get the urge to punch him in the face, and I refrain from doing it not out of worry for my flatscreen but because I feel like my fist would just slide right off his slimy self? Emily will earn herself a pass to do any number of cold bitchy things if she removes Tyler from this show, in any way, basically.
I also reeeeally wanna know what's up with Nolan being all TEAM JACK and trying to make that happen.

Happy Endings and Suburgatory were both good, but I'm feeling like neither of them are in the running for Best Halloween Episode of the year. HE might have a shot in the Costume Contest though, because most of them were pretty funny.

RB meme time, and my gawd did this turn out to be a long-ass meme. If I ever write another one (don't worry, not likely), someone remind me to make it a short one? These 30 days-ones are just too long.
Gonna do 2 questions, since I didn't do one yesterday.

20. Which character would you want as a superior?
Easy-peasy: Oliver. Sam would be too distractingly attractive, plus he's a bit of a mean bastard in his teaching techniques sometimes. Noelle is a bit too hostile, atleast in the beginning, and I'd be nervous enough as it is. Frank's too serious/jaded. And I mean, Oliver. He's the best, we all know it. Nuff said.

21. Least favorite pairing?
I'm going to be ever-so-obvious and go with Andy/Luke. Because I'm a predictable fangirly shipper, mostly, and because boring and safe and uncomplicated couples make for bad TV. And him cheating on her is one of those few complications that kills a ship, rather than make it more interesting, so even if I had held any shippy feelings for them before s2, those are shot dead at this point. No coming back from that, and if Sam ever cheats on Andy or vice versa the same will go for them, because that's a dealbreaker, plain and simple.

tv: rookie blue (is dead to me), tv: suburgatory, misc: stuff and things, tv: happy endings, tv: ncis, lj: memes, games: world of warcraft, tv: hawaii five-0, tv: merlin, tv: the fades, games: glitch, tv: revenge
