seriously?
The University is closing at 7pm. Seriously? Neverminding that the university has closed more this past year than it did in my first 6 years at Guelph.... 7pm? (yes, I know there's night classes and those people will probably be glad to not have to consider travelling home at 10pm in this weather.. but still.)
On the plus side - I just called the person I had a 6:30 appointment with to see if we're still on given the university closure... and he was double booked and had emailed me to ask me to reschedule, but I never recieved that email! So if I hadn't have been calling I would've been hanging out in the library for 2 hours for no reason...
Now I will go home and prepare for surgery tomorrow... school better frickin' be open :P
UPDATE: literally a minute after I posted this originally, the library clerk came around to announce a change in plan: University is closing at 5pm. AKA now. awesome.
ETA: After the brutally long "express" bus ride home, I say good call to the university. good god it's awful out there. I could barely get into my backyard.
Ollie? Wants to be out in the backyard. Yes, I have let him out to experience the icey snow downpouring. He still thinks snow=awesome. *sigh*
