I realized I finally have enough to talk about that it warrants a post.
My Mom has convinced me to meet up with her and my step-dad in late February in Pretoria, South Africa. Mom and David want to go on a wildlife refuge and my Mom pointed out that ONE: she and David could use an animal guide, and TWO: I've wanted to go to Africa sense I was 13.
Kruger Wild Life Park is the size of Isreal and they have lodges with pools and alcohol. There's also a ton of hyenas there as shown by a quick search on youtube.
In more current news, I finally made an appointment for my 8th tattoo. It's so funny to type that out because I remember when I got my first tattoo. I'd made my appointment and I didn't tell ANYONE out of this fear someone would say "Well you KNOW that's permanent!" and I'd chicken out and not do it.
Now I scoff at anyone who would say "That's permanent!" or "You'll never get a REAL job with THOSE!". It's like telling a smoker that smoking is bad, or saying to someone that there's a chance they could get pregnant if they have sex. I've managed to strong-arm Beth into coming with me when I get it done, sense she was so great to have along when I got my 7th tattoo.
I'd actually hoped to get the 8th one by the end of the summer, but it's a larger piece so I had to save up more money to get it. Hopefully I'll be able to get the 9th one a lot quicker.
Me and Tommy are going to be throwing a Christmas Party on the 11th, so if you live in the LA area and you are hard to reach like say sairobi who dosn't answer her phone calls, you should come by.
I'm working on getting everyone's Christmas Presents, but so far I've only got two out of like.. the 15 I'm suppose to get. Or some people like sairobi and thefacelessevil havn't told me what they want yet.
My Mom however, has delivered on time for Hannukah presents. For Billina, she got her a much smaller crate, which will be ideal for traveling, and for me she got me an overlock. I'm so excited to use it! ..once I figure out how to thread it of course.
Speaking of cosplay, I've started work on the Vesperia cosplay we're doing for AX. I've never played the game, but the clothes sounded like a challenge and Otakon isn't until the summer which leaves me shitloads of time to work on the Escaflowne stuff.
