That... must have been one hell of a vacation. *laughs* You've missed some more of the doubles of showing up. Erm, most of them are my husband's, ironically enough... *grins lamely* Oh! And I've got most of my memories back and Alfons has finally gotten home to Germany.

He has been, surprisingly. For whatever reason, we've been able to send letters to him. I know I have, and I think Clara and Winry are doing the same. *shifts a little, leaning more on his crutch* If you wanted to write to him, I could give you the address and I'm sure he'd love to hear from you.

It went well. ::smiles:: I'd forgotten how nice it is to get away from the insanity that is Central, but it's good to be back anyway.

I'm sure he'd like that. Ahm, let me write it down for you, here... *digs in his pocket for a pad of paper and a pen, scribbling down two addresses* He's in Transylvania right now doing research, so you'll want to use the second one here.

That doesn't surprise me in the least. Though I was almost hoping I might come back to it being more normal... I know better.

It could be worse, I suppose. I mean, we could have whales falling out of the sky, heaven forbid. *laughs* Or other things just as terrible.

::points:: That cloud up there looks kind of whale-shaped... ... I'd hate to be the forecaster that had to predict that. "Clear skies today, with scattered whale blowing in from the West late in the day." I should've stayed in the South.

...Now that you mention it, I'm really surprised that we don't have someone forecasting the weather like that. *wrinkles his nose* Of course, it's all unpredictable so it's not like anyone would know. ...The South was very normal, I take it?

You mean we don't? I was at least hoping we'd have someone by the time I got back. ::slight smirk::

The South was almost unnervingly normal. Though "normal" for anyone now still involves a lot of, well, abnormality. There was a 30-floor building that appeared in one of the cities over night, for example... it's kind of become a tourist attraction.

...There's a building down there that big? I wonder if I can rope Ren into taking me to see it~ *grins* You know, I got to see some buildings like that once. While you were gone, I did something stupid and ended up somewhere weird. Probably doomsday in the future, I don't know. It's kind of a long story, but the place was called New York and it was huge.
