*happens to be passing by while out on a walk, hands stuffed in his pocket, and stops to watch him scrub off the letters curiously, wondering what the building is going to be used for now*

::turns around after a minute or so, wondering why he's being watched; nearly smirks when he sees who it is, but keeps a handle on himself, slipping into a faint Aerugan accent:: Hello. ... Can I help you with something?

*jumps, taking a small step back* Erm, no, sorry! I was just passing by on a walk, that's all... *tilts his head and tries to see over his shoulder, looking to see what the scrapped up letters say*

::raises an eyebrow at him:: All right. ::turns back to his work, scraping off the last of the previous name, but leaving the words "Private Investigator" intact below; was proud of that little convenience::

*can't remember this person at all and is fairly certain they've never met before; shrugs before clearing his throat lightly* Erm... So you're a private investigator?

::wipes off the window to get the last of the black flecks, turns back around:: That I am. You wouldn't happen to need one, would you? Or know someone who does? I just came here from Aerugo, I haven't quite built up the sort of reputation I deserve. ::wry smile, offers his hand:: The name's Adam Flynn.

Nice to meet you. Don't worry about it. Amnesia, well, I've had some people come to me about it, but it's usually the sort of thing that you work out better yourself.

That's what I'm doing now -- just walking to see if I remember things around the city. I don't think I came down this way too much, though. There was an office I went to before, but I think it was on another street.
