So my dad went off to train some kid from some poor village for some reason. I dunno, he didn't give us the details and it's been like a year. I mean, what's wrong with me? Hmmm, I guess we can use this as a chance to get to know each other better. Um, you already know my name. Gohan's supposed to be my big brother because he's actually eleven years older than me, but for some reason they pulled him from back in time to here so he's only fifteen. But I'm eighteen, so that's weird.

I should be used to such a messed with time line like this one, considering I'm always going back and forth through the past and present but it's still kind of hard to understand.

Well... I'm fifteen, in middle school and I spend most of my time in the past, trying to find a jewel that could possibly turn one of my closest friends into a cold-blooded killer. Honestly, I don't know why I continue to go along with him, he pines after her... and at the same time, his goals are completely selfish. Yet I still can't leave him. I don't know.

I really didn't... want to say that.

Not that I know of... see, there's this well at my family's home and it transports me back and forth, I don't know how or why though. Nothing bad has ever come of it.

He... yeah, he can be a jerk sometimes. But other times, he's nice, he's just... hard to understand. He protects me, protects my other friends and at times, I think he cares about me but then there are other times--
