In much less head-desky, and hilarious-to-me news, the things Supernatural fandom can get me to do. You can add "karaoke" to that list. I hung out with a group of awesome fangirls Saturday night, some faces and names I'd met before, some brand new. Hi guys! <3 (To those of you who have tried to get me to karaoke before now and failed, it's not because I don't love you <3 )
Also, see the shiny new default icon I made for myself? *beams* It's just like the old default icon only upgraded. Very exciting.
This Dreamwidth thing sounds promising. I'm not planning to leave LJ, but I'm always on the lookout for an easier, better way to have a back-up fic archive, and I like the sound of their policies and purpose.

- Via elz, the LA Times book blog on amazon.com's removing sales ranking from GLBT themed books, whether they have explicit sexual content or not: Amazon de-ranks so-called adult books, including National Book Award winner.
