Damn, that's wonderful. Love Dean's worry about the holy tax accountant, that maybe this is a bad thing for Castiel. Many great lines, but here's a few i especially liked:
Castiel licks his lips thoughtfully, like someone who's just tried a flavor of ice cream for the first time.

It was easier to carry the weight when you knew how much it was.

He slides his tongue over the chapped roughness of Castiel's lower lip, makes a mental note to tell him about Chapstick.

Yeah, Dean feels no guilt at all undoing an angel, the smug son of a bitch.

He remembers the way the hilt of the knife felt in his palm as the blade dug into flesh. It's not as if Sam killed the body Ruby took. It's not as if this is all right, and Dean almost pushes Cas away, but instead, he holds on, needs to hold on, needs this.

Thank you, I do enjoy writing them all conflicted and longing. *g* And so much the better if Dean shows a moment of concern. Poor Dean, for a minute there he thought he broke the angel. Hee.

The last two lines are so sharp. And I like that everything is out in the open - that the vessel is dead by Dean's hand, that Castiel could conceivably be punished, everything.

*hugs* I'm so pleased you liked this! Every way I turn with them, there's an obstacle, and I think half the fun was putting it all on the table and having them struggle with it. And all the reasons they both want this so much.

Oh yes, this was so hot as were so many other lines...you write beautifully, I love your little humourous touches here and there too. I LOL at Dean's line about chapstick! Dean's thoughts were awesome.

I was sad to see 'end' and not tbc..

\o/ Thanks so much! I think Dean would be more than happy to educate Castiel in that area. I like playing with the idea that Castiel has all this cosmic wisdom, he's ancient and yet there's a lot Dean can teach him, not even just sex, but human feeling and a sense of humor, all of it.
