Booooooones!
Today I had some sad news. I'd love to hear about what's making people happy right now.
This evening I retreated to curl up with the last episode of Bones season 1. amilyn, I couldn't wait for you, I'm sorry. But oh how I love this show.
Side note and FYI for anyone reading this, I am shipping Angela/Hodgins so much it hurts. Just wanted you people to know that. Booth/Brennan is aces with me but the Angela/Hodgins is where I keep the Super Special Sekrit bottle of squee.
Gah, this show knows where I keep my character buttons. Temperance with the cool older brother she worshipped. "Marco!" "Polo!" Brennan's breakdown, "My name is Temperance Brennan, I work at the Jeffersonian institute. My name is Temperance Brennan..." -- and Booth not sure what to do for her there, until he finally just hugs her. So there is a BrennanBooth HUG. *sigh*
And then there was a sibling hug. And Kyle has massive Daddy issues and protect-the-sibling issues (because there's nothing THERE that would push my buttons, oh no...) and they do the Marco-Polo thing.
& Brennan thanking her scoobies and Booth warning the bad guy he'd be watching for so much as a hiccup, being all growly and protective.
Mostly, Emily Deschanel's performance was lovely and heartbreaking here.
I am now a mess.
