Lyle and I split one glass of grappa in Rome because we'd read we should try it. I wasn't a fan, but I drank my half because it was expensive, and because I kept hoping it would get better or I'd figure out why people liked it. Lyle poured his half into an empty Coke can when I wasn't looking.

grappa has been a bit of an acquired taste for me; however, since surmounting the dually ubiquitous coffee and beer humps, I've become skeptical of any taste that requires acquiring.

Is later when you can walk good again?

Umm. I expect to be able to walk pretty good this weekend, but I'm still limping and the subject of derision. So, maybe not. Tonight if I can't walk I think I'll watch Touch of Evil.
