Moderation. A noun meaning one of four things. The quality or state of being moderate, an act of becoming or making something moderate or less extreme, a lack of excess; self control, or the title of the first public examinations for the BA degree at Oxford University.

Of course, you could also say 'in moderation' meaning to a moderate degree or in moderate amounts.

Does that suit?
