a departure
Hello, dotcoms_refresh readers!
I'm sad to announce that I will be stepping down as owner of dotcoms_refresh. I've been working with this newsletter since 2007, and it's been a wonderful part of my fannish life for the past five years. But, I've found myself drifting to new fannish interests, and I want to make sure this newsletter is staffed by people who are as enthusiastic about bandom as all the readers of the newsletter deserve!
The fandom has changed quite a bit over the last few years, as well, so we're having a discussion of how to best incorporate the new look of fandom into the newsletter. To that end, we will be putting dotcoms on hiatus for the rest of October, while we discuss new staffing and possible new changes. The newsletter will be back! And hopefully, when it comes back, it will be better than ever. :)
