Calling all Okanagon peeps!

We have friends arriving here from Holland very soon and we are thinking about taking my parents motorhome and doing some travelling around with them. I really want to head to the Okanagon but know absolutely nothing about the area except that it is much warmer than here! hehe I know I want to go to Harrison Hot Springs but that's pretty much it.

Can you folks that live there point out cool things to see and do, landmarks, any events that are going on during June etc?
