Considering I've been accused of cultural appropriation because I eat pho with chopsticks instead of a fork, and because I like to cook and eat foods that are not from my ancestors... I recognize that there are times when people have a valid complaint, a lot of people who sling the phrase "cultural appropriation" around need to get their feet back down to Earth.

I'm not sure what kind of food your ancestors are sending you but I'm not going to cook and eat anything my ancestors sent me; even with refrigeration, that stuff is way past its sell-by date!

I didn't think I'd have to explain but it was, you know, humour; I was snarking your comment since this is a snark group after all. I honestly, really did know you didn't mean it literally. Geez.

I've seen people do it before. There is just something wrong about eating pho like it's soupy spaghetti.
