Ooops, I'm the 'other person'

I'm sorry, but is it that hard to have a policy about meeting other people's SOs early on in the relationship. My wife and I both have this policy. Granted, it doesn't stop people from lying about being single and poly; but, it will catch the lying married/live-in person. Simple solution to a big problem.
