Totally true. Although I *did* notice some weird new content in the userinfo page:

"Posters are not allowed to try to make it look like only posts that simultaneously relate to atheism and polyamory are allowed."

Someone made a post that only related to poly; a couple of people asked "what does this have to do with atheism?" and fine_clarity interpreted this as malicious misrepresentation, rather than ignorance, of the community rules which he hadn't yet bothered to post. Hence rather than simply explaining that posts don't have to relate to both poly and atheism, he chose to phrase it as you see above.
