It's weak, insulting analogy time!

This post was the second linking from bipolypagangeek to this, er, fascinating analogy between electronics and poly. An analogy in which men are power sources, and women are resistors, and 'dating in parallel' (no honesty required, seemingly) is something the man does to lower their effective resistance. It's defended in a footnote as being humour, but really, y'know, humour needs to be funny. Comment #2 on the original article is...terrifying, too:
shit, i say crank up that power source until lisa’s circuit blows…watching what you did to lisa, judy’s and sally’s resistance will go way down and they’ll take all your voltage together…this will give lisa time to manually recuperate and start sucking your energy once again

Oh boy.
