Onset - End
Wake - Bed

1. Discomfort
2. Mild Pain
3. Moderate
4. Severe
5. Incapacitating

• 2-2.5 constant pain at wake
• By 2:30PM pain increased to 3-3.5
• 7PM pain up to 4+

Trigger

• Cold?
• Menstrual cycle?
• Late bedtime?

Treatment

• Neck traction machine from PT
• Meclomen at 7:10PM

Comments

• Woke up with a runny nose, sore throat and thumping headache
• Migraine continuously grew over the course of today
• Had an interview today
• Went to the store but didn't stay long because of pain
• Took my pills late today but not as late as yesterday, will not repeat tomorrow
• Feel very run down and exhausted
• Went to bed late :(
• Eating my meals on time and drinking lots of fluids (as of now almost three liters)
