When I decided to buy the Permanent Account upgrade back in March 2004, I wondered if I was making a mistake.
On one hand, the $150 I spent, spread out across 19 years, turns out to be less than $8/year, now. A true bargain.
On the other hand, I stopped using LJ back in 2015, so my actual value is closer to $14/year. Still, a great deal, all things considered.
To be honest, I'm actually shocked that LJ is still up. Hell, I'm shocked that MySpace is still a thing.
I'm glad I'm still around to appreciate this passage of time, and for those of you who have also stuck around: I hope you've found happiness and peace.
