aaah Hi!
So it's Nov. 10th 2008 we are on the eve of the holidays and the new year.
Last time I wrote here I mentioned falling in Love, yep that 's with the Big L, well I'm happy to say I'm still down and I don't see getting up any time soon. *big grin* :D
Since my last job at IBM, which ended in mid July, I haven't really been able to find a new job. Been on E.I. since August.
That's allot of free time, well I used that time to go see a career counselor who has actually helped me realize I.T. was not for me.
After 13 years of wondering why I never like talking about IT I find out I just really don't like IT at all and I don't even have the personality to work in IT. So then we, the counselor and I, decided to find out what I liked and what I would click with personality wise. Found out to big subjects I actually do like, Photos and Architecture.
Well Photos are nice and I really love taking them I realized that I wouldn't like doing it for a living. So I started taking more pictures and really have fun doing it. And so then there is architecture. I don't really know allot about it. I know I don't fall a sleep reading the first couple of pages of the subject and that is allot more then the couple of lines from anything to do with IT.
It's taken me this long to get to this point in my recherche. Today I've gone to see if my local emploiment center would help me to get some training in a field connected to architecture. If everything goes well I might be start coarses in technical drawings :) which is basically creating plans for buildings, which is what I really want to do.
So that my life up to now maybe soon I'll post an update heh heh heh
