So I'm updating the family calendar, and I enter "Doctor Who Series Five", repeat 13 weeks. Then I scroll down to check that it's all gone in OK, and I come to this:

Saturday 19th June:

4:30pm Green Day at Wembley Stadium

7:00pm Doctor Who Series Five

And my first reaction is? "Damn. We'll miss Doctor Who." Yup, looking

Yeah, it was just - well, since Doctor Who came back, there has only ever been one episode I didn't watch live, and that was because it clashed with Primeval. We couldn't record both, so we decided to tape Doctor Who and watch Primeval live, because Primeval DVDs come right down in price eventually whereas Doctor Who ones don't. So, yeah, prioritisation!

That was never going to happen - not even for Uncle Rusty and a new Eccleston episode *wishes so hard* would I miss Green Day, and now we've got another ugly skinny geek as the Doctor there's just no contest!
