As of today I've worked 47 days straight but tomorrow I close the biggest single sale of my 11 year career as a Realtor. At four o'clock my 4.6 million dollar sale of a condo, CONDO! in La Jolly will close and next Friday I will be paid! I love rich people. I really wish I knew many more. They don't fuss over costs or ask me to kick in my pay. This is my last year doing this so it's fun to have it happen now. Mind you with the real estate business here in California in the tank this will be only my second sale this year but yeah me for finding someone out there willing to buy something.
Now I really need to sell my cute $525,000 listing no one has looked at for three weeks. Seem only the very wealthy are buying.
Second pay check of the year next Friday, finally! MasterCard will be very happy.
