blah, blah, blah, me, me, me
I don't know when the last time was that I made a post of any substance in this here thing. I just haven't had that much to share with the virtual world.
My life alternates between causing trouble with my like-minded perpetually adolescent friends and being an old lady. The ratio fluctuates week to week, but I feel like this is a good way to live my life. When I'm home I have the animals to amuse me and maybe all of the going out and trouble-making is symptomatic of something larger (railing against aging? against the end of summer?), but I don't really want to spend that much time navel-gazing. There are times for introspection, but not when I'm busy having fun.
I'm keeping busy planning several trips at once (Deep Creek, Vegas, New Orleans, in that order) and thinking about Halloween. So, I'm busy decorating and crafting and searching for airfares and updating spreadsheets, etc. This is when I am happiest, when I have several things going on at once.
My advent calendar tells me that it's 29 days to Halloween, btw, have you started your costume yet?
