I am very happy to have finally found a workout that I can do in heels. I have Go-Go-Robics II out from Netflix right now and it is more fun than you can shake a stick at. That's hilarious, but at the same time I totally know what you mean.

I used to do this one workout video because you got to pretend to karate kick people followed by pretending to speed skate on ice. It was too delightful to pass up.

fuckin A, i do this to prepare for my gogo gigs, like on saturday here in swissland for the black monks and 500 other people. its great.5min. of fun is the3 best.
for a really killer gogo workout watch old hollywood a gogo and hullabaloo episodes on youtube.
massive cardio.
