concerned

So it's been 4 days since I worked out and I'm concerned because my injury almost feels like it's getting worse. I've even started to wrap it and it's most painful when I sleep (I just can't get it comfortable when I lay down) so needless to say I haven't slept well since the weekend. Anyone have any advice for a hamstring issue??

I can't be out of the gym that much longer because I got my new bikini today and I still need to do some hardcore toning before I can look super sexy in it (freakin lower back flab). ::sigh:: And the longer I'm out of the gym, the harder I become on myself. The timing really sucks on this one.
