(no subject)
Geez I haven't used LJ properly for ages. That's about to change!
As I mentioned briefly in my ladt post, I have moved out and am now living on my own about 30 seconds down the road from One Stop. It felt strange to begin with, but I'm used to it now, and to tell you the truth, I really like it! It's getting roomier every day :P, and I've also realised I can't put up straight posters to save my life! You guys are more than welcome to come up at some point, where tea will be served and maybe some friendly banter could ensue, it'll be good to catch up.
It's also been months since I've had a night out in Colchester (I honestly cant remember the last time!) So it's good to see that November is a busy month for me. The 5th is naturally the big Castle Park display, and I intend on going to that if I can, then on the 7th is Phil's 21st (which I hope you are also going to!?) After this, one of my COS friends is coming all the way down from Scotland for the weekend on the 15th, so it'll be good to catch up with him. On the 22nd and maybe the 30th I'll be Carol singing with the COS lot and on the 25th, one of my workmates has a gig at the Twist (Life in Excess is their band name, and he also happens to have the same surname as me :P) To top it all off, I've been invited to a Christmas bash on the 27th December, and I have to dress up for it. The theme is movie sequels or number 2 related. Any suggestions, please throw them out, as I have no idea what I'm going to go as!
and just a little reminder, Fiddler on the Roof is showing from 28th Jauary to 7th February, and tickets are on sale now! Get them while you can :P
