I...have a question for the passengers of this...boat. [She still has trouble with her English and it's heavily accented, but she's trying, at least.]

Are there any of you that can...take the shape of a beast at will? If so...what sort of creature can you become?

And ah...how do you control it?

Oh! It is...a combination of many languages...German, French, Spanish, Indian. The government combined many languages when they were putting the world back together.

It did...to an extent. Home is...underground, a series of tunnels and bunkers that are interconnected by underground roadways. It is....difficult for the public to communicate with other cities, so it is hard for me to say.
