Keith Green is pretty sweet. Some of you may not know who he is, he wrote the song "Oh Lord, you're beautiful". He died in a plane crash in '84 or '85. One of the best worship leaders, strongest Christians, with a heart sold out for God. I just wanna share a few words of his with you. When he wrote the song, Oh Lord, You're Beautiful, he says at the beginning something like, his heart has grown hard, not because of anything he has done, but he had been a christian for a long time, he wanted a heart like a baby, soft and new. I encourage you to look up the lyrics to the song, they are very awesome. He also made famous the quote "Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than going to McDonalds make you a hamburger" People in every religion pray, and not even praying to Jesus makes you a christian. And he goes on to quote the verse about the people coming and saying "Lord Lord" and he tells them to depart from his presence. (this is me now...or maybe the Holy Spirit)Where is your heart? Are you red hot on fire? Or are you luke warm? Jesus says, if you are lukewarm you will be spit out of his mouth, cast into eternity seperate from Christ. Are you red hot? Jesus would rather have you be as cold as ice than lukewarm. You can't have even a small amount of the world. The path is narrow. Make the decision, are you going to be red hot or are you going to be ice cold? Make the decision right now. Don't waste another minute. God does not want you on the fence playing both sides. Make the choice right now.
