[Raphael looks terrible. He's covered up to his chest in hospital-white blankets, but you can still see bandages where the chip incision had become infected. He's sickly pale, some of his skin even appearing a slight yellow. He's covered in sweat, and his even his hair is lacking its usual luster.]
[Every time he breathes, a horrible wheeze escapes his lips. It looks painful to breathe, and his eyes are barely open. Still, he smiles at the communicator.]
I just wanted to apologize to the citizens of Discedo...
[His voice sounds even worse than his breathing, weak and pitiful.]
You all warned me. You all told me to wait, but I wouldn't listen. I was so arrogant, worrying about monsters and others individuals harming my Mistress. I didn't realize that there are so many others here who could help me protect her. People I call 'family' now. I thought that I could do it all on my own, if only I had this chip out.
[He coughs, and even that sounds weak... like his body has given up.]
I am paying for my rash actions now. Please forgive one of your humble butlers, Discedo, and I'll be back soon. I know it's the 'usual' thing to have the dead shown on feeds, but...
