[The communicator rolls onto its side, and you can see Raphael's feet amidst a crowd of scales. He's standing outside, in the street. It's a four-way intersection, and Raphael's standing in the very middle. On each of the four streets, reaching outward, are rows and rows of ofudas.]
[He sucks in his breath, his eyes looking elsewhere. He stands up tall, like he's speaking to someone else.]
Your Majesty, I must disagree with this. She is only a child, and despite her desire to join the human world... is this man really worthy? He's a human. I know you trust them, but I have my reservations. She is delicate, with a very low constitution! If she were to get sick, my lord... yes, yes I understand.
[He whirls around and points an accusing finger.] Master Blue!! I can't contain it anymore! If she dies because of your negligence, I will make sure that the Elemental Gods are aware of it! Yes you will lose some money if you watch her, but what's more important in this world?! Can't you comprehend the importance of this child...?!
