You know how I said I shouldn't update when I'm in an extreme mood? Well, half of the stuff I said in my last post has now changed because I have mellowed out.
Emilio and I worked together today. I really look at Emilio like a big brother. Sometimes he pisses me off - as previous mentioned. But, today, I really liked having him around. He's fun and works hard. Today, he didn't shove all of the menial work off on me. But, he usually only does that when he's not working, just observing.
Anyways. Amber was supposed to come into work as soon as she could today. Well, Mike didn't want to leave Emilio working by himself in case there was a rush, so he asked me to stay until Amber showed up. All right, well, then Amber calls Emilio and says that she got done early with Upward Bound, but she was going to go shoe shopping. Emilio was pissed. While he was on his tirade, I remembered that I had to pick up my insulin from the pharmacy after work, otherwise I wouldn't have any until Monday. Oops. What time does the pharmacy close? 5:00. What time does Amber show up at work, 4:40. >.<
I literally ran out of work and Amber was like "Where are you going?" As if I was supposed to be staying. Gr.
Emilio said he was going to talk to Amber about her lack of motivation at work lately. I don't want to say anything because I don't want Amber to be mad at me. I'm sure she will be anyways after Emilio talks to her. Gah.
I realize I was being extremely irrational about the Josh thing last night. I just missed him and like I said, I needed a hug. I feel like we haven't been together in so long. We haven't had a night of just us in a long time. I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving, just because that means practically a whole day together - with family of course. But, that's all right. I love Thanksgiving, but my sister has to work that day - so dinner will be late. She also has to work early the next day, so that means they won't be able to stay late. :( We haven't had a good Thanksgiving in a few years. We never get to play games or anything anymore. Maybe Christmas will be better this year. :) We'll see.
I'm excited for Christmas. I still have quite a few presents to get, but I'm proud that I have at least half done already. :)
I need to go wrap Josh's present for today. And take a shower, I smell like fried foods. Blah!
All Hail the Dorktress
