Herry sat down on the remains of the wall next to Neil, watching the burning yacht drift further out into the bay. “Well,” he said, then fell silent.
“Not my fault,” Neil insisted quickly. Herry grunted, picking a crumbling a bit of brick from the wall idly. He tossed it across the beach. They could hear Kronos’ screams of rage, even from all the way out there.
“Sounds mad,” Herry noted.
“You really are the master of the obvious.”
