Amadeus Cho looked up at the full, round moon hanging high above him, then at the thick pelt of black hair that had sprouted on the backs of his hands. And this wasn’t a Herc type pelt (which was, Amadeus had to admit, pretty impressive); this was a full on coat of fur so thick he couldn’t see the skin. He then looked down at this ruined sneakers, wriggling his toes so he could better see the claws that had popped out from the ends.
“Okay,” he lisped through teeth that felt far too large for his mouth, “thith sthuckths.”
