The whooshing sounds of the blue box faded from the bridge of the Christa, leaving behind the bemused crew of cadets.
“He was nice,” Rosie said with her typical brightness. “Do you think we’ll see him again?”
Catalina twirled the sonic too the strange man had left behind between her fingers. She looked up sharply as the whooshing sound filled the air again, and the blue box materialized right in front of the rainbow haired girl. The door popped open, and the man poked his head out, giving Catalina a mildly disappointed look before retrieving the tool and disappearing again.The Traveling Doctor
