Would anyone out there like an invite to City of Heroes? If I can con talk someone into subscribing for a month, I can cover a month of time. Or a re-invite, in the case of anyone who's already been in the game. In THAT case, each of us would get 15 days free.
Okay, time to actually encourage people.
I LOVE playing City of Heroes. Obviously, or I wouldn't be doing this right now. It's a little bit of mindless entertainment that lets you BE a super-hero. And if you're in to honest to god ROLE playing, there ARE servers for that, and they're fun. Game play is easy (Q, W, and E are your most important direction keys, and most of your powers are linked to your numbers), I have yet to encounter a player who was genuinely nasty, and my gods, the costumes. *makes little squee noises over the costumes* I admit, I love making new characters so I can play with all the costume options. You can play alone, or you can play in a group (on most servers, you can usually get one together pretty quick, especially if you're in a SuperGroup).
And of course *evil grin* there's the Villains. Run forth, slaughtering the evil and the righteous alike! Summon an army of minions to do your bidding! Join in the constant battle between Doctor Aeon and Television!
Okay, yeah, I don't play Redside that as much as Blueside, but I still adore my two Stalkers (invisible ninja assassins!) and my Mastermind (All hail the Sith Wookie and her Ninja Army!).
