“Wow.” Tabby stopped in her tracks, watching the riot of Jamies on the lawn. “What the hell-?”
“It’s called Calvin-ball,” Sam said, pulling the domino mask he was wearing up so that it rested on top of his hair. “Ma taught it to me when I was little.” He grinned, turning to watch a small stampede of Jamies chase another one carrying a ball and shouting something about pantyhose. “There’s just one rule. There are no rules.”
“You are really good with the midget. Like you’ve got a sixth sense.”
“Years of practice. One of my brothers is about the same age.”
