Not a problem, Tommy quickly calls Billy who teleports over and hands him a few! What are brothers for?

"Hey, yo, Billy? It's an emergency, I need you to teleport here, stat!"
"What?"
Billy, right in the middle of making out with Teddy, could think of better things than helping his brother with whatever emergency he caused this time, probably blowing something expensive up. Again.
And he'd listen to Tommy's explainations and Teddy would giggle, a lot, and talk his boyfriend into helping his brother out. And so Billy would, most likely blushing ever so cutely.

Billy would be more likely to just teleport the condoms. Something Vic would be very greatful for, since he's handcuffed to the bed and really would prefer that Billy didn't see him like that.
