Summery: Written for isabelnight. The Warlords discover Mia has a crush on Anubis.
“Our Anubis?” Sekhmet asked for what was probably the tenth time, staring at his compatriots in absolute horror. “The Ronin’s whore and Our Anubis?”
“I am not entirely sure he still counts as ‘our’ Anubis.” Dais said, not looking up from his scroll and wondering just what he had done to cause his two comrades in arms to invade his room like this. He suspected it some something truly evil in a past life.
“This is clearly an intolerable situation.” Kale said, arms folded over his chest. “Something must be done about the female. She is obviously the reason behind Anubis’ desertion.”
“Our Anubis? Somebody actually wants Our Anubis?” Sekhmet said again, his tone still ringing with incredulousness. “Is she blind or something? Or is she incredibly stupid, perhaps?”
“Probably a plot by the Ronin Whelps.” Kale pointed out.
“She must die.” Dais said. ‘If it will get you two fools to shut your mouths and leave, she truly must die.’
