”Trust me, she’s just your speed.”

Tommy hated those words. Trust me.

Wolverine was setting him up, he just knew it.

But there he was, waiting outside the Avengers Tower for this girl who was ‘just his speed.’

He actually heard her coming before he saw her. The whine of something cutting through the air and the smell of ozone filled his sense before he saw the electric blue lightning field. She was moving so fast it actually looked fast to Tommy. She skidded to a halt in front of him, electric blue hair sticking out in every direction as energy crackled around her.

“You Tommy?” she asked, fiddling with the gauntlets that covered her arms up to her elbows.

“Noriko?” Tommy guessed.

“Guilty.” She flashed him a smile. “Ready to go?”

“Let’s roll.”
