Normie Osborn drummed his fingers against the wall as he kept his eyes resolutely on the ceiling. “Are you sure you’re okay, May?” he called.
“I’m fine!” she yelled back. “But my uniform is shot!”
“Have you ever thought about asking Psi-Lord if he could float you one of those unstable molecule costumes?”
“Gawd, the last thing I want to do is make an ass out of myself in front of Franklin Richards.”
“It’s hardly making an ass out of yourself. It’s asking a favor from a colleague. And keeping yourself from ever having to swing home in a… more natural state.” He mock leered, even though he knew May couldn’t see it.
“Just hand me some pants, okay Normie?” May stuck her hand out the door, and Normie handed her a pair of jeans she’d left there.
