So after 2 weeks, endless hours on the phone wasted, endless hours waiting for technicians wasted (when i could be sleeping or soemthing) and talking to far too many peole at cox one person finally finds that i needed to have my internet switched back from seasonal to regular high speed. flip a switch and it's back on. no one saw that. i've talked to probably 10 people at cox since I returned. i even mentioned that i was on seasonal to the first guy when we first got back. nothing. for 2 weeks no one could figure this shit out, longer than that! i'm fucking pissed. If all those people did their job with the efficiency Phil did, i wouldn't have had to wake up so early every day the 1st week of classes, waiting for a technician or wasting all those precious cell phone minutes waiting on hold for nothing! so now i have internet and the world is good.
