yeh so this weekend was pretty good. i went to see simple plan,mxpx and sugarcult this weekend. it was my first time seeing some of the bands live but my first time ever hearing sugarcult and i must say that i quite like them. their lead vocalist/guitarist is crazy. he's so cool. i wanna buy their cd now. i'll go friday when julie goes to get her pictures from the concert developed...:) we didn't get to see mxpx...they were the last band playing and we were all super hungry plus our legs were like dying from standing for like three hours and jumping so much....BUT OH MY FUCKING GOD. Simple Plan was amazing. when pierre walked out i almost fainted. brittany asked if i was ok because i was breathing really hard and i looked a little woosy. but right after they started playing i calmed down. they played almost all the songs from their album and they did some cool cover songs. they did pink's "get the party stated" and an old 60s song. they also did a cover of black eyed peas "where is the love" and that was the best of all the covers. pierre was so damn sexy when he sang that song...he was acutally so damn sexy during every song he sang but he was the most sexy when he sang "perfect" at the end. that was the best song of the whole night. pierre got up there with an acoustic guitar and was up there all by himself and the lights were turned down all around him except for this big spotlight that was on him. he sang the two verses along umaccompanied accept for his guitar and then right when he got to the chorus the lights turned up and pierre put his guitar offstage and there was the whole band again and pierre sang the rest of the song with the whole band. he was so cute when he sang alone. i made julie and brittany take like ten zillion pictures while he sang that song. i definetly want to marry him now...he's so hot....even hotter in person:) i soo want to see simple plan live again. i hope their going on warped tour. the next time i see them live i want to meet them...maybe go backstage and get their autographs and get pictures...mostly with pierre...and yeh...:)
