What is the deal with faceblend limits? I've never found anyone who can explain them to me in a way that makes sense.
Mathilde may grow up to be adorable yet. I had a toddler with the ugliest sunken cheeks I'd ever seen, and he grew up to be soooo cute. Fingers crossed for her.
we can only hope, she's a teen in my game and while the rest of her face looks..not bad, her nose isn't quite what I'd like to see, though I guess it could right itself when she gets to adulthood.
All right, the way that I understand faceblendlimits is that the game puts limits on face blending if the sim has any feature that's on the extreme side of the scale, if you turn it on it's supposed to rule out that you get any wholly unaverage looking sims, but obviously the maxis templates..are pretty unaverage in my opinion. if you turn it off you're widening the scale by which the babies can receive traits from their parents.
I've also read some "theories" about it that it's supposed to make the faces blend better and therefore look smoother and less like the features are just plopped on, but who knows. I might have to experiment with it and have a batch with it on and then with it off and see what I get.
That makes sense then, thanks. If you do happen to do any experiments, let me know what you come up with. I have mine off all the time and I've always wondered if it makes any difference.
Well, there is still hope for Mathilde - after all, her nose did grow a bit when she aged up, maybe that pattern will continue? Maybe? Marcelo and Vladimir on the other hand, no changes needed! So cute!
Oh, and as far as you pushing heir, it is your game after all. I think you should be able to influence how you play your game in whichever way you so choose. XD

I legitimately cannot even remember what that song is from! I know it was in a commercial or a movie or something like that but it just struck me, Mary Katherine looks like she wants to beat some ass when she uses the punching bag..in her ballet outfit.
