Birthday and Ramblings
I wanted to wish babsmitty a happy birthday! I hope you have a great year. It's been great catching up with you. :)
I worked this weekend/Holiday. The first time I've worked on the weekend. It wasn't too awful bad, this time around. Except the babysitter that was watching Kea lives about 45 minutes out, so cue us getting up before dawn. That makes us pretty tired!
Kea starts school tomorrow. I -know- she has a Dora backpack, but I'll be darned if I can find it. *sigh* And I know the moment I go and get her another one, I'll find the one I've combed the entire house to find! I got all the stuff on her school list, too. Some of it is puzzling, but I think everything should be ok. I was supposed to get her two packs of 16 count skinny crayons, but I'll be darned if I could find 16 count! It was either 8 count or 24 count, so I ended up getting her two boxes of 24 count crayons. I got new boxes, since all of her other crayons end up busted. Hehe.
Been doing some looking at dollhouses. When Kea gets older, I really want to build a dollhouse with her. I love miniatures; they are so fascinating! They have some really cool stuff, too!! I am thinking that when this dollhouse gets built, it'll have better stuff than my real house. :D
