Well, my friends' page, today is Election Day 2008. I know most of you have already voted. I cast my ballot two weeks ago. From what I saw the entire city of Flower Mound (well, those who shop at Sprouts) voted over the two week period of early voting leading up to today. My parent's voted for the first time since we moved to Texas in the early 90's, albeit they voted for the other guy.

Personally I voted for "that one."

This evening I hope isn't tense or played out. I hope it turns out to be quite dull as the electoral map falls into place as projected by FiveThirtyEight.com", Electoral-Vote.com, and CNN. No frills, the only surprise being that it is perhaps a tad more of a landslide that currently anticipated.

Beyond the next four to eight years I see this election as being a chance for the whole of America to change for the better.
