i am twenty-one... but not quite drunk...
this will be public for a bit, so that people can see what i did on my birthday. it was quite exciting. or something...
hey there livejournal people. so my birthday was pretty rad. i got phone calls and messages from sarah pickering, jon korman, tom, katrina and michelle, sarah garber, eric deschamps, a random katie, bill, my aunt, bridget, aly sullivan, and lindsay roberts. also, i got a personal happy birthday from bill and jen, dave and rachel, katie, johnny, rob, bridget, and a couple other people. if i'm forgetting anyone, i'll edit you in later. sorry!
so basically, i went to the rmv and got the new license. picture is okay except my smile looks like i'm special needs. then i wound up chilling with my grandpa. he gave me a hundred bucks, so i went to staples and bought a bookcase. it will be delivered in four business days. heh. psyched.
went to dinner at the hingham bay club with my aunt and grandpa. first legal drink was a white russian... quite large. had a lot of good food. finished it off with a keoke coffee. then i met up with rob, and we met up with bill and jen. by then, my phone had totally died. jen gave me two birthday cards. bill gave me none. but, that averages to one a piece. so it's all good. then we all went to chili's. rob treated me to margaritas, and they were good. johnny, katie, dave, and rachel came by. the waitress, kitty, gave me free tortilla chips and salsa because they were out of electric lemonade on my birthday. we dropped my car off, and went to tahiti in dedham. but everyone was like "peace" except myself, tha rob, j-sauce, and drezy k. we got a pu-pu platter... extra pu... and a rum bowl. johnny got a coconut thing and katie had some tahiti punch.
we went back to rob's to drop him off. that kid is sweet deluxe. then we let katie pick up her car at my house, and i went inside with j-sauce. my mom yelled at us, so he left.
and now i'm here. bored. wanting to shower and clean my room, but my stupid mom is a bitch and keeps waking up to yell at me. ugh.
i wish kerry, eric, and meg were around here. and adam. i haven't talked to him in a while.
but to everyone who made my birthday special, even lizzy chu and the roomies in quincy, and shauna, and the people at mickey's at like closing this morning, and all that... thanks. i had a pretty great twenty-first. and it was salvaged because it was on the path to total ruination. thanks especially to rob, for treating everyone, and for coming out the cut to celebrate with me. he's illmatic.
