On your birthday, I sent you an email saying, “Happy Birthday, Mom. I’m going to work now” and you sent a message back to me, “I’m forty-five already”. Then I sent you this, “I don’t believe it. You’re fifty-two, aren’t you?”. I know you’re kidding me.
The songs I’ve always been listening to affect you a lot. And you don’t listen to country music, like Enka. You’re still young, Mom. And that time, when Justin Timberlake came to Japan, you looked so excited. You usually don’t watch TV but you taped every show that Justin was on. (you never taped my show, mom! - but that’s okay) *laugh*
I always think that my mom is flawless! And so perfect. As your son, I think you’re so great! And even if you talk funny sometimes, you’re actually neat and generous. I haven’t seen you much lately. Anyway, come have dinner with me next time.
