First I get voicemail from really, really ghetto people calling me "grandma," and then someone thinks I'm some girl who works for Cingular. What? Coincidentally, that girl who works at Cingular's name is Nicole (that's probably how she spells hers), too, and I also have a Cingular phone! :O
